Closure of trading window

ICRA Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company shares from June 30, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the first quarter financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the period ending June 30, 2026. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading during this window.
