We would like to further inform you that EBL, through its letter dated 31st July, 2026 has communicated to the Company as a material event update that Shri Akshay Bansal (DIN:11836049) has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive Director) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of EBL, which is enclosed herein as Annexure B.
