Mumbai, 30th July, 2026: Jost’s Engineering Company Limited (“Josts” or “the Company”), announced its unaudited financial results for Q1 ended 30th June, 2026. Summary of Standalone Financial Highlights Standalone Financial Highlights – Q1 FY 26-27 v/s Q1 FY 25-26 • Revenue for the current quarter is Rs. 5,046 lakhs against previous of Rs. 4,003 lakhs. • Profit before Exceptional items and tax for the current quarter is Rs. 407 lakhs against previous of Rs. 90 Lakhs. • Profit after Tax during the current year is of Rs. 252 lakhs against the previous of Rs. 60 lakhs. Consolidated Financial Highlights – Q1 FY 26-27 v/s Q1 FY 25-26 • Revenue for the current quarter is Rs. 5,348 lakhs against previous of Rs. 5,604 lakhs. • Profit before Exceptional items and tax for the current quarter is Rs. 395 lakhs against previous of Rs. 56 Lakhs. • Profit after Tax during the current quarter is of Rs. 240 lakhs against the previous of Rs. 33 lakhs. Material Handling Division Pursuant to its strategic business restructuring, the Company has streamlined its operations to focus on its Engineered Products Division, while its wholly owned subsidiary, MHE Rentals India Private Limited, continues to operate the equipment rental business. During the one-year transition period following the restructuring, the Company is executing both the existing orders and certain new orders, in accordance with the terms mutually agreed between the parties as part of the sale of the erstwhile subsidiary. This arrangement ensures seamless business continuity and uninterrupted customer service while the transition is completed. Engineering Products Division (EPD) Josts Engineering Products Division (EPD) remains committed to delivering globally innovative technologies that not only enhance environmental sustainability but also improve the performance and efficiency of our customers' processes and products. In collaboration with some of the world’s leading manufacturers, EPD offers advanced engineering solutions designed for highly demanding industrial applications. EPD - Technical Services Through EPD ,the Company is committed to provide solutions and support to the customers by way of Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Training, Calibration, Annual Maintenance Contract, Repair, supply of spares parts and other services. The Company presently have 9 branch offices across India. Further the Company has two NABL Accredited laboratories at Mumbai and Kolkata to provide calibration services to our customers in Power sector and one technical support center in Bangalore to support our Sound & Vibration instrument customers. The Company proposes to open two more NABL accredited service centers during the year. One service center will cover our Power sector customers in North India and the other center in Pune will cover our Automotive, Aerospace & Defense and General Engineering customers. The Order in hand in Engineering Product Division (EPD) as on 30-06-2026 is of Rs 8190 lakhs. The Order in hand in EPC projects as on 30-06-2026 is of Rs 7041 lakhs. The Company has launched Josts Branded Rain Chamber and Dust Chamber for environmental simulation application in Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Education and R&D.
