Closure of Trading Window Disclosure

TPI India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the Board of Directors approves and declares the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
