Script Code: 524230/975890/976867 977150 Script Code: RCF EQ lSI N:I N E027 A08028/1 N E027 A080361 INE027 A08044 Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Intimation pursuant regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part B of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Department of Fertilizers (DoF), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, has issued Notification No. 12012/3/2023-UPP (E.34185) dated 30th July, 2026 regarding the fixation of revised Energy Norms applicable under the Urea Pricing Policy. As per the aforesaid notification, the revised Energy Norm for the Company's Thai Unit has been fixed at 5.984 Gcal per Metric Tonne (PMT) with effect from April 1, 2025, as against the existing norm of 6.200 Gcal PMT. The revised Energy Norm shall remain applicable up to March 31,2028. Based on the notification, the Company has made a preliminary assessment and estimates an adverse financial impact of approximately Rs.171.54 crore on account of revision in the energy norm applicable compriSing Rs.132.52 crore pertaining to FY 2025-26 and Rs.39.02 crore pertaining to Q1 of FY 2026-27. The impact is subject to detailed evaluation, final computation and accounting treatment in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standards and the provisions of the Urea SubSidy Scheme. Further, there is no change in the Energy Norm applicable to the Company's Trombay Unit.
