Outcome of Board Meeting

Le Merite Exports Limited's Board approved the acquisition of an additional 14.5% equity stake in its existing subsidiary, Le Merite Tactical & Defence Solutions Private Limited (LMTDSPL), for a consideration not exceeding Rs. 1,45,000. LMTDSPL, incorporated in June 2025, operates in the technical and defence textiles sector. This move will increase Le Merite Exports' total stake in LMTDSPL, consolidating its control over the nascent subsidiary. The transaction, involving a promoter of LMTDSPL, is deemed an arm's length transaction.
