Rashi Peripherals Limited announced the acquisition of a 67% equity stake in VDA Infosolutions Private Limited for a cash consideration of INR 368.50 Crores. VDA, established in 2010, operates in the enterprise technology and digital solutions space with a turnover of INR 850 Crores as of March 2026. This acquisition is a strategic move for forward integration, complementing Rashi Peripherals' core IT products distribution business by expanding into high-growth areas like cloud, cybersecurity, and data protection. The Board also recommended the re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as statutory auditors for a second term.
