Trading Window

Data Patterns (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for company shares. This closure is effective from June 22, 2026, until June 27, 2026. The measure is instituted ahead of a Board Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2026. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, designated persons and insiders are prohibited from trading during this period. This ensures fair market practices by preventing the misuse of any unpublished price sensitive information that may arise from the upcoming board meeting.
