Allotment of equity shares by Joint Venture companies

Lines Ltd., Japan (MOL) in two joint venture entities, namely Bharat Ethane One IFSC Private Limited and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC Private Limited, registered in Gift City, Gandhinagar. It is informed that the Company has been issued shares on rights basis: 1. 71,57,185 equity shares of ₹100/- each issued by Bharat Ethane One IFSC Private Limited; and 2. 71,57,185 equity shares of ₹100/- each issued by Bharat Ethane Two IFSC Private Limited. Upon allotment of the above shares, the Company's shareholding in each of the joint venture entities will remain at 50%. Consequently, the Company's cumulative holding in Bharat Ethane One IFSC Private Limited and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC Private Limited shall be 1,43,87,861 equity shares of ₹100 each in each joint venture company.
