Trading Window

Archean Chemical Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the finalization and declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared, with the board meeting date to be intimated later.
