In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Company has today i.e. July 31, 2026, successfully completed the acquisition of 80% shareholding of V3 Healthcare Private Limited. Consequent to this acquisition, V3 Healthcare Private Limited has become a subsidiary of the Company. The Company shall acquire the remaining 20% equity stake within the indicative timeline as previously communicated. Further, we are pleased to inform that The Medicity Hospital - Rudrapur is scheduled to be launched on August 2, 2026.
