Reason for change Following the promotions announced by the Company on 23rd June, 2026, Ms. Preety Raj has been elevated to the President cadre and in accordance with the Nomination and Remuneration Policy of the Company, is categorised as Senior Management Personnel. 2. Date of appointment Based on the annual performance evaluation process of the Company, she has been promoted to the President cadre with effect from 1st April, 2026. 3. Term of appointment The services of Ms. Preety Raj shall continue to be governed by the existing terms and conditions of her employment with the Company. 4. Brief profile Ms. Preety Raj is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 28 years of diverse industry experience spanning automotive, information technology, banking and services sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations; a Diploma in Management from Harvard Business School and an Executive MBA from IIM, Bangalore. In her current role, she oversees the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions, and drives people strategy, organisational effectiveness and business alignment. Her areas of expertise include HR strategy and business partnering, organisational transformation, leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), talent management, culture building, change management and workforce transformation.
