The Company has noted that certain disclosures forming part of the final approved and signed Annual Report for F.Y. 2025-26 were inadvertently omitted from the PDF version of the Annual Report submitted to the Stock Exchanges and uploaded on the website of the Company. Accordingly, the following amendments may be noted and read in conjunction with the Annual Report for F.Y. 2025- 1. Directors' Report (a) Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace The disclosure under Item No. 24 of the Directors' Report relating to complaints received under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 has been updated to include complete details regarding complaints received, disposed of and pending during the financial year. (b) Compliance with Maternity Benefit The following new Item No. 29 shall be inserted in the Directors' Report after Item No. 28 (Industrial Relations): "29. Compliance with Maternity Benefit The Company is in compliance with the applicable provisions relating to maternity benefits as prescribed under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and the Code on Social Security, 2020, to the extent applicable." 2. Consolidated Financial Statements Related Party Disclosure Certain disclosures relating to the relationship of related parties forming part of the notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements have been updated to align with the approved and correctly disclosed related party relationship information. The corresponding disclosures in the Standalone Financial Statements were correctly stated and remain unchanged. The aforesaid correction is classificatory/disclosure-oriented in nature and does not result in any change to the Consolidated Financial Statements, Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss, Consolidated Cash Flow Statement, Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity, net worth, profit, earnings per share, related party transactions disclosed, or any other financial information contained in the Annual Report. 3. Management Discussion and Analysis Certain disclosures under the Management Discussion and Analysis section relating to business developments, industry outlook, operating environment and strategic initiatives have been updated to align with the final approved version of the Annual Report.
