Closure of Trading Window

Archean Chemical Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, applicable to designated persons and their immediate relatives. The date for the Board Meeting to approve the results will be intimated subsequently.
