Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC ii. M3BI LLC In this regard, we wish to inform you that all requisite filings in connection with the merger of Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. have been completed with the relevant local authorities/state agencies on July 30, 2026. Accordingly, the merger of Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. shall become effective from August 1, 2026. The Company received the intimation of the same at 03:00 a.m. (IST) on July 31, 2026. The filings relating to the merger of M3BI LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. are currently in progress.
