REC Ltd has announced the appointment of Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta and Dr. Kanchiappan Ghayathri Devi as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors on its Board. They assumed their roles effective June 22, 2026, for a period of three months or until further orders. Both directors bring diverse professional backgrounds, with Dr. Gupta being an environmentalist and Dr. Devi a medical practitioner with public service experience.
