Bank of India has informed the Exchange about Newspaper Publication of Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialization of Physical Securities

Bank of India has published a newspaper notice regarding a special one-year window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical share certificates, as per a SEBI circular. This window, from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, is for requests rejected or not processed before April 1, 2019. The bank also urged shareholders to update KYC details and dematerialize their physical shares.
