categorised into the following segments based on its business operations:
Retail Banking: The retail banking services cater to individuals, salaried professionals,
self-employed professionals, farmers, students, micro and small businesses, trusts,
women groups, and entrepreneurs across metropolitan, urban, semi-urban and rural
areas. These services include a range of loan products, deposit offerings, and other
financial products and services.
Wholesale/Commercial Banking: The wholesale banking services cater to
corporates, government entities, financial institutions, educational institutions,
MSMEs, and public sector undertakings (PSU). These services primarily include
commercial and transactional banking solutions.
