Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Appointment of Company Secretary and
Compliance Officer.
Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that, based on the recommendation of
Nomination and remuneration committee, the Board in its Meeting held today i.e. 22nd June, 2026, approved
the appointment of Mrs. Garima Priyani, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and designated as
Key Management Personnel of the Company, with the effect from 22nd June, 2026 on the terms and
conditions as per the letter of appointment.
The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing
Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026
dated 30th January, 2026 with respect to appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer are
enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
The Board Meeting commenced at 7.00 p.m. and concluded at 7.30 p.m.
