She has also been designated as a Key Management Personnel (KMP) of the company. Mrs. Priyani is a qualified Company Secretary and Law graduate with over nine years of experience in corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and regulatory matters. Her expertise includes managing board processes, regulatory filings, and liaising with SEBI, ROC, and stock exchanges. This appointment was approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
