Trading Window

Excelsoft Technologies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from June 24, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be announced subsequently.
