Apollo Micro Systems Limited has allotted 21,43,095 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to three investors upon the conversion of previously issued warrants on a preferential basis. The company received Rs. 18.32 crores as the warrant exercise price for these shares. This completes the conversion of all warrants from the preferential issue announced in June 2025, thereby increasing the company's issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 37,15,99,512.
