Sundaram Finance Limited announced the exercise of 192 stock options by two employees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme (SFESOS) – 2008, specifically Grant 15, which was originally granted on May 26, 2023. The exercise took place on June 23, 2026. The company is taking steps to transfer the corresponding equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat accounts of the respective option holders.
