On a sequential basis, sales volumes were 4% lower QoQ, primarily reflecting changes in product mix and normal INR 2,598 Mn INR 198 Mn 7.62% seasonal movements across the Company's businesses. REVENUE FROM EBITDA EBITDA MARGIN • Production volumes grew by 18% YoY, driven by healthy capacity utilisation, OPERATIONS improved operational execution and sustained demand across the portfolio. On a QoQ basis, production volumes remained broadly stable, reflecting normal quarterly variations in product mix. INR 25 Mn 0.96% INR 0.75 /share • EBITDA margin improved to 7.62%, representing a 71 basis point sequential expansion, supported by a favourable product mix, improved sales NET PROFIT PAT MARGIN BASIC/DILUTED EPS realisations and the benefits of ongoing operational efficiency initiatives across manufacturing locations. On a YoY basis, EBITDA margin was lower by 41 basis points, primarily due to elevated raw material costs. • Net Debt-to-Equity Ratio improved to 0.56x as of June 30, 2026, reflecting the Company's continued focus on disciplined capital allocation, prudent financial management and strengthening its balance sheet.
