Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sayaji Industries Limited (the
"Company") will be held on Friday, 7th August, 2026 to take the following agenda items:

1 To consider and approve, the Un- Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results
of the Company for the 1st Quarterended 30thJune, 2026.
2 Any other items.
Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated 30th June, 2026 pursuant to
the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of
Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, this is to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in
Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate
relatives) of the Company till 48 hours post publication of results and such persons shall not be permitted
to trade in the securities of the Company till 48 hours post publication of results.
The above information is being hosted on the Company’s website www.sayajigroup.in in terms of
Regulation 46(2)(l)(i).
