Dear Sir/Madam, We reference to the provisions of Para B of Section III-A of Chapter III of SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 stating for Disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of financial results for Period/Year ended March 31, 2026. We respectfully submit that the Company had informed the Exchange about the postponement of the Board Meeting prior to the scheduled date through its letter dated May 30, 2026 but while intimating the postponement, the Company due to oversight inadvertently omitted to specify the detailed reasons for the delay in finalization and submission of the Financial Results. The company deeply regrets the inconvenience caused and give the reasons which are as follows: The financial information of one of the Company's subsidiaries, Natural Global Foods DMCC, UAE, which forms part of the consolidated financial results, could not be collated within the expected timeframe due to the prevailing geopolitical situation and operational disruptions in the UAE region.
