Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, (the 'Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform the following:
1) The 42nd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of Company will be held on
Wednesday, 26th August, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC) / Other Audio
Visual Means ('OAVM') in accordance with Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
and Securities and Exchange Board of India, from time to time.
2) Pursuant to the said Circulars, AGM Notice and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 are
being sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the
Company / Depository Participant(s). A letter providing the web link for accessing the Annual
Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 and AGM Notice is being dispatched to those shareholders
who have not registered their email id’s with the Company/DPs.
3) The Company has provided the facility to vote by electronic means (remote e-voting as well as e-
voting at the AGM) on all the resolutions set out in the AGM notice to the members, who will be
holding shares as on Cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, the 19th August, 2026. The remote e-voting
will commence at 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Sunday, August 23, 2026 and end at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on
Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Detailed instructions for registering email addresses(s) and
voting/attendance at the AGM are given in the AGM Notice.
4) We also enclose herwith the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26
including Notice convening the 42nd AGM of the Company for your record.
5) Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, August 7, 2026, as
the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year
ended March 31, 2026.

days of the date of AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source, as under:
a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as
may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central
Depository Services (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on Friday, August 7, 2026;
b) Whose names appear as Shareholders in the Register of Members of the Company as at the
end of the business hours on Friday, August 7, 2026 in respect of the shares held in physical
form.
