Ujjain is scheduled to host the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela in 2028, one of the largest religious and cultural gatherings in the world, which is expected to attract significant pilgrim and tourist traffic to the region. Additional Bids in Process: In addition to the two LOAs received above, the Company had also submitted bids for 4 (Four) WSA sites across the states of Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, under tenders issued by NHLML. These bids have been technically qualified and the financial bid opening is awaited. The bids were submitted under the authority of a Power of Attorney granted to Mr. Shubh Ganguly, Managing Director (DIN: 01229359), as the authorized signatory for all NHLML WSA bidding processes. Revenue from the projects will depend on successful development, operation and utilization of the facilities in accordance with the concession terms. The Company has submitted bids for four additional WSA sites, the Company has positioned itself as an active participant in India’s national highway wayside amenities program spanning Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
