The Company understands that the said Order pertains to proceedings involving certain foreign entities/SEBI-registered FPIs in connection with transactions under examination by the authorities, including matters relating to their alleged ultimate beneficiaries and alleged third-party predicate offences. The Company understands that no predicate offence has been alleged against the Company or its Promoters in the said proceedings, and the matter is being examined with appropriate recourse, as may be advised and considered necessary, to be pursued in accordance with applicable law. The Company continues to operate in the normal course, with no impact on its business operations, financial position, customer commitments or strategic priorities.
