Dear Sir/ Madam, In continuation of our earlier letters on the captioned subject we wish to inform you that the QIP committee of the Company (“QIP Committee”) has, at its meeting held today i.e. July 30, 2026 approved the allotment of 2,16,71,826 Equity Shares of face value ₹10 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the Issue price of ₹1,615.00 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹1,605.00 per Equity Share) and reflecting a discount of ₹83.15 (i.e. 4.90%) on the floor price of ₹1,698.15 aggregating to ₹ 3,500.00 Crores (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Crores only), pursuant to the Issue in accordance with provisions of SEBI ICDR Regulations. The Issue opened on July 27, 2026. and closed on July 30, 2026, and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated July 27, 2026 and July 30, 2026, respectively. Further, we have enclosed herewith the list of allottees who have been allotted more than five percent (5%) of the Equity Shares offered in the Issue, marked as Annexure A. The information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule – III Part- A to the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI master circular no.
