In this regard, we wish to inform you that the members of the Company have approved the reclassification of Mr. Somnath Lature from the “Promoter/Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category by way of an Ordinary Resolution passed through Postal Ballot on June 20, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Somnath Lature has been reclassified from “Promoter/Promoter Group” Category to “Public” Category with effect from June 20, 2026. The said reclassification shall be reflected in the shareholding pattern of the Company from the quarter ending June 2026 onwards.
