Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its
meeting held on July 30, 2026, which commenced at 05:30 PM IST and concluded at 8:30 PM
IST, has approved following:
1. Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter
ended June 30, 2026.
2. M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company,
have issued a Limited Review Report with an unmodified opinion on the above-mentioned
results.
3. Based on the recommenda(cid:415)on of Nomina(cid:415)on and Remunera(cid:415)on Commi(cid:425)ee, the Board
considered and proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Richard S(cid:415)ennon (DIN: 09324046) as
Non-Execu(cid:415)ve Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 consecu(cid:415)ve
years w.e.f. September 27, 2026, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual
General Mee(cid:415)ng. The details are enclosed as Annexure A.
4. Shifting of the Registered Office of the Company within the same city limit from Solitaire
Business Hub, Office No. 7010 C & D, 7th Floor, Opposite Neco Garden Society, Viman
Nagar, Pune – 411014 to S. No. 1442-1445, Thube Park, Shivajinagar, Pune – 411005, with
effect from July, 30, 2026
5. Books of Accounts are kept at the Corporate Office situated at 3rd and 4th Floor, Indiqube
Orchid, Shastrinagar, Yerwada, Pune - 411006 with effect from July, 30, 2026.
A copy of the Press Release and Investor Presentation in respect of the aforesaid Financial
