IST through Video Conferencing(VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means(OAVM). In accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), shareholders will be able to attend and participate in the AGM only through VC / OAVM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Bank along with the Notice of 95th AGM of the Bank for the Financial Year 2025-26 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Bank. A letter providing the web-link, with the exact path where complete details of the Notice of AGM and Integrated Annual Report 2025-26 are available, shall also be sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Bank has fixed Friday, August 14, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’, for the purpose of determining the members of the Bank eligible to receive the Final Dividend, if declared in the AGM, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The Bank is providing electronic voting facility to its members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on any or all the items of business as set out in the Notice, through National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) e-voting platform, which will commence on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 09:00 a.m. and ends on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The E-Voting module will be disabled after 05:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The members who have not cast their votes by remote e-voting can exercise their voting rights through the e-voting system during the AGM.
