Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 and further to our communication dated September 12, 2025, we hereby
inform that the Company has received a demand notice issued by the National Pharmaceutical
Pricing Authority (NPPA) for alleged overcharging under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order,
2013 (DPCO, 2013). The Company is currently evaluating the demand notice and appropriate
legal actions.
In this regard, please find the details as required under the SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-
CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 attached herewith as Annexure – A.
