India,30th July 2026: GNG Electronics Limited, India’s largest refurbisher of laptops and desktops and
among the largest refurbishers of ICT Devices overall, both globally and in India, today announced its
un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.

Performance Highlights for Q1 FY27:
Revenue from Operations stood at ₹ 412.5 Cr, an increase of 32.1% YoY
EBITDA came in at ₹ 52.9 Cr, with an EBITDA margin of 12.8% (up 156 bps YoY)
Profit After Tax stood at ₹ 28.9 Cr, with a PAT margin of 7.0% (up 108 bps YoY))
Commenting on the results, Mr. Sharad Khandelwal, Managing Director, GNG Electronics Limited said,
“The global ICT industry continues to witness a structural shift towards professionally refurbished
computing solutions, driven by increasing enterprise adoption, cost optimization, and sustainability
initiatives. Against this backdrop, we have started FY27 on a strong note, delivering revenue of ₹412.5
crore, representing a growth of 32% YoY, while EBITDA margin stood at 12.8% an improvement of 156
bps YoY, reflecting the resilience of our business model and disciplined execution.
During the quarter, we continued to strengthen our global presence by expanding our reach to 49
countries, increasing customer touchpoints to over 5,100, and further diversifying our supplier base.
We also deepened our engagement with channel partners through dealer meets across India and
launched initiatives such as the EB Elite Program to further strengthen our distribution ecosystem. Our
strategic partnership with Redington Limited marks another important milestone in expanding our
reach across India's organized technology distribution network.
