Trading Window

TRF Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, specifically for the finalization of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
