Intimation of closure of trading window

Tata Steel Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This action is mandated by the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure is specifically for the finalization of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will subsequently reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results to the stock exchanges.
