Annual General Meeting The 32nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Monday, 24th August, 2026 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. 2. Record Date The Board of Directors had, at its meeting held on Thursday, 30th July 2026, recommended a dividend of ₹ 0.10 per equity share of ₹ 2 each (i.e. 5% per equity share), subject to approval by the members of the Company at the 32nd AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has Monday, 17th August, 2026 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the aforesaid dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The payment of such dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, shall be distributed amongst them as per the permitted mode after the AGM, but before the expiry of statutory period of 30 days from the date of AGM and will be made subject to deduction of tax at source.
