Corrigendum

Zodiac Energy Limited issued a corrigendum to its Postal Ballot Notice, rectifying two inadvertent errors. The second correction inserts mandatory disclosures as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, regarding the appointment/re-appointment of three directors: Mr. Rakesh Arvindbhai Patel, Mr. Ambar Jayantilal Patel, and Mr. Dhaval Shah. All other contents of the original notice remain unchanged.
