b. What is the contribution of exports as a percentage of the total turnover of the entity? – NIL
c. A brief on types of customers- HUDCO’s principal business objective is to provide financing and credit facilities
in the housing and infrastructure sectors, with a primary focus on urban development. Accordingly, the Company
provides interest bearing loans as the principal product across the entire Housing and Infrastructure Sectors. Its
clientele includes State Governments and their parastatal agencies such as Housing Boards, Police Housing
Corporations, Development Authorities, Urban Improvement Trusts, Water Supply and Sewerage Boards, Roads
and Bridges Development Corporations, Metro Rail Corporations, Municipal Corporations/Councils, as well as
Central and State Public Sector Undertakings and power generation, transmission, and distribution utilities. During
the financial year 2025–26, HUDCO sanctioned loans amounting to ₹1,64,757 Crore and disbursed ₹51,194.21
Crore across various housing and infrastructure segments. The Company’s financing portfolio comprises long-
term and medium-term loans (with tenure exceeding one year), debt refinancing, and special term loans.
The projects financed during the year include initiatives in sustainable and green energy sectors such as solar
and hydro power generation, along with civic infrastructure projects including capital and township development.
These projects are aligned with sustainable development principles and incorporate environmentally responsible
practices.
