Sub:- Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors Dear Sir, With reference to the above captioned subject matter and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligation and disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors Meeting held today i.e 30t July, 2026 at corporate office of the Company. The Board transacted following items; 1. Approved Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30t June, 2026. Limited Review Report on Statement of Unaudited financial result for the quarter ended 30t June, 2026 of K.C. Kankariya & Co. the Statutory Auditors. Approved and adopted the Directors Report along with all necessary annexures thereof, Management Discussion Analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the F.Y 2025-26. Approved the date, day and mode of 36t Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on Wednesday, 30tk September, 2026 at 4.00 P.M at Krishi Sanjivani Office, Opp. Nagar Parishad, Akola - 444 001, Maharashtra. The register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 23+ September, 2025 to 30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and dividend payout. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Director consider and reappoint M/s. K.C Kankariya & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (Firm Registration No. 104718W) and M/s P.C Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Akola (Firm Registration No. 114079W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 36 Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 41st Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. ¢or Basant Agro Tech.
