Business Update • Depository Participants (DP) footprint has grown consistently, with 317 DPs as of June 30, 2026, supported by 57, 768 service centres • Net Beneficiary Owner (BO) market share increased from 15.5% in Q1 FY2 6 to 17.6% in Q1 FY2 7 to 4.56 cr as of June 30 , 2026. We have added 12.4 lakh net (14.7 lakh gross) BO accounts in Q1 FY2 7 • Market share in the Unlisted Equity segme nt stands at 71.3% in Q 1 FY2 7, with 3,406 companies admitted to the platform during the quarter • Issuer base has crossed 11 5,000 issuers within the NSDL ecosystem • As of June 30 , 2026, m arket share by total Demat Custody Value stood at 85.8%, of which market share of individual and HUF stands at 66.8% Quarterly Standalone Performance Update • The Total Income increased from Rs. 190.4 cr ( Q1 FY26 ) to Rs. 219.7 cr ( Q1 FY27 ), registering a growth of 15.3% YoY • The Net Profit after tax increased from Rs.82.6 cr (Q1 FY26 ) to Rs. 89.1 cr (Q1 FY27 ), up by 7.9% YoY Subsidiaries Update NSDL Payments Bank • The Bank continues to gain traction in the digital payments ecosystem and is currently among the top 34 banks on UPI remitter bank • As of Jun e 30, 2026, the bank is ranked 6th as a Payee PSP app among the top 15 banks in the ecosystem • CASA customers increased 1.7x from 28.3 lakhs in Q1 FY26 to 49.5 lakhs in Q1 FY27 Page 1 of 3 NSDL-PUBLIC NSDL-PUBLIC NSDL Database Management • Pursuant to IRDAI's guidance, the Company is in the process of transferring its insurance repository business from the existing strategic business unit to a separate subsidiary dedicated to this activity, with the transition expected to be completed by December 2026 Quarterly Consolidated Performance Update • The Total Income increased from Rs. 346.8 cr ( Q1 FY26 ) to Rs. 560.5 cr ( Q1 FY27 ), registering a growth of 61.6% YoY • The Net Profit after tax increased from Rs. 89.6 cr (Q1 FY26 ) to Rs. 98.3 cr (Q1 FY27 ), up by 9.7% YoY Financial Performance Highlights NSDL announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30 , 2026.
