Niyogin Fintech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from Wednesday, July 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date of the Board meeting for considering and approving these financial results will be intimated separately.
