We are pleased to inform you that the Subsidiary Company has received the Project Commissioning Certificate issued by the Superintending Engineer (O&M), Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The Project Commissioning Certificate records that the 5 MW AC (6 MW DC) Solar Power Project was commissioned on July 08, 2026, and has been successfully connected to the MSEDCL Grid through the commissioned infrastructure. The receipt of the aforesaid Project Commissioning Certificate marks the successful completion of the commissioning of the project and enables commercial operations in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
