Suyog Telematics Ltd announced that its shareholders have approved the reclassification of Mr. Somnath Lature from the "Promoter/Promoter Group" to the "Public" category. This approval was granted via an Ordinary Resolution passed through a postal ballot on June 20, 2026. The reclassification, effective from June 20, 2026, will be reflected in the company's shareholding pattern from the quarter ending June 2026 onwards, following No Objection Letters from BSE and NSE.
