performance in the non-GPL business, which grew at 26.5% YoY
EBITDA for Q1FY27 stood at Rs. 2,341 Mn, a growth of 29.1% YoY with margins at 36.6%, accelerated
by favourable product mix, successful new launches, and the benefits of operating leverage

Commenting on the company’s performance Dr. Yasir Rawjee, MD & CEO, Alivus Life Sciences Limited
said, “We are pleased to begin the first quarter of FY27 on a positive note demonstrating the resilience of our
business model, strong execution and accelerating traction in the non-GPL business. With recently launched
products continuing to gain scale across geographies, we remain confident in the sustainability of this
momentum.
GPL business is expected to be flattish in FY27, despite a significant decline in Q1FY27. GPL business has
historically been skewed towards H2 and the same is expected in FY27 as well.
With a continued strong growth momentum in the non-GPL portfolio and muted growth in the GPL business,
we remain confident of achieving revenue growth of 10% - 12% in FY27, while sustaining EBITDA margins in
the 30%–32% range. At the same time, our ongoing investments in capacity expansion and pipeline
development are strengthening the foundation for future growth."
Tushar Mistry, CFO, Alivus Life Sciences Limited said, “We delivered a strong set of results this quarter,
achieving our highest-ever EBITDA margin of 36.6%, reflecting the strength of our portfolio, disciplined
execution, and continued focus on operational excellence. A favourable product mix, successful new product
launches, and the benefits of operating leverage collectively drove the profitability higher.
Our strong operating performance was complemented by a healthy balance sheet. We remained a net debt-free
company. As on June 30, 2026, we hold cash and cash equivalents of Rs. 8,802 million, providing significant
financial flexibility and a strong foundation to invest in future growth opportunities while continuing to create
long-term value.”
