Closure of Trading Window

TRF Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This closure is in anticipation of the finalization of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared to the stock exchanges, in compliance with insider trading regulations.
