The Tribunal, taking note of the recent developments on arriving at a settlement proposal with NARCL, adjourned the matter to 28/09/2026. The suspension order earlier granted by the Hon’ble NCLAT has been extended and shall continue to remain in force until the next date of hearing. The Company is yet to receive the copy of the Order. The same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges upon receipt by the Company. This is for the information of the Company's shareholders and stakeholders.
