Intimation for closure of trading window for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

BCC Fuba India Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Connected Persons, and Designated Persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
