EBITDA including Noida was INR 3,153 million, growth of ~ 23.5% y-o-y and margins of 23.8% ~ Noida hospital generated Total Income of INR 855 million and EBITDA loss of INR 49 million in Q1 FY27, compared to total income of INR 525 million and IE BITDA loss of INR 236 million reported in Q4 FY26 Profit After Tax was INR 1,573 million, compared to INR 1,590 million in Q1FY6. PAT margins were at 11.9% compared to 15.1% in Q1 FY26. To highlight, ~ Q1FY26 had a non-recurring exceptional income of INR 196 million primarily due to reversal of potential interest liability on EPCG following transfer of EPCG license from MHPL to GHL During the quarter, total 72 new beds were added across the network; 21 beds were added at Lucknow and 51 beds in Noida Volume growth continues to remain robust, In-patient count increased by 27.7% while Out-patient count increased by 34.5% y-o-y Occupied bed days increased by 21.1% y-o-y, representing an occupancy of ~63% on increased bed capacity while excluding Noida, occupancy stood at 66% ARPOB stood at INR 70,224, up by 5.5% y-o-y, driven by improvement in ALOS (from 3.03 days in Q1FY26 to 2.87 days in Q1FY27) and change in case mix ~ ARPP for the quarter was INR 201,891, compared to INR 201,795 in same quarter last year. • During the quarter, International Patients Revenue increased by 23.0% y-o-y to INR 782 million ~ OPD Pharmacy (Hospital & Retail) business continues to witness robust growth.
