This pertains to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for seven consecutive years, specifically for the final dividend of FY 2018-19 and interim dividend of FY 2019-20. Shareholders are requested to claim their dividends by October 10, 2026, and November 21, 2026, respectively, to prevent the transfer of their shares to the IEPF Authority. This action is in compliance with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, and associated IEPF rules.
